MARI- OFFICE MANAGER, RDA, MAADOM
Mari has been in the dental field for 23 years. Mari has worked in all aspects of the dental office. She is an active member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). She received her Mastership in dental office management in September 2025. Mari enjoys the details of endodontics. She's very meticulous in assuring each patient has a pleasant experience from start to finish. Patient care is second nature to her. Mari has been working with Dr. McGuire since 2006. Being part of an extraordinary team committed to exceptional endodontic care is why Mari commutes from Bastrop County. Mari has been in the Smithville area since 1996. When not at work, Mari enjoys fitness, animals, and family time.
Marlen - Patient Concierge
Marlen is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in the customer service industry, specializing in dental patient concierge services for 8 years. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, reading, exploring beaches, and new destinations through travel. Marlen finds balance and inspiration in nature. Known for her exceptional communication skills and unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction, Marlen thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring every patient receives personalized care. In her free time, she treasures moments spent with her husband and her cat, Charlie.
Camryn - rda, Endodontic Assistant
Camryn has been a valued dental assistant since 2018, known for her compassionate approach and dedication to patient-centered care. She is especially passionate about supporting patients who experience dental anxiety, helping them feel calm, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit. By prioritizing clear communication, gentle chairside techniques, and thoughtful reassurance, Camryn creates a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and respected. She believes trust is the foundation of exceptional care and works hard to ensure each experience is as stress-free as possible. Camryn takes pride in being part of a high-end, technology-driven practice, utilizing advanced tools and modern techniques to provide precise, efficient, and comfortable treatment experiences. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her high school sweetheart and their firstborn baby, cherishing every moment of family life.
